New Age wine 2009 A vivacious and sensual wine, exhibiting aromas of fresh flowers and fruit, crisp, yet soft in the finish it is made with 50% sauvignon  blanc and 50% malavasia grapes.
I experienced this wine during the wine tasting held at the Manor in Chelsea on Friday the 19th of August.
At this event they offered 9 wines for the tasting including a rose a Shiraz and merlot. They accompanied the wine with a fruit salad and lightly seasoned pasta salad which complimented each flavor they offered. The new age wine comes from the region of Mendoza, Argentina. It’s considered to be non-vintage.
I consider it to be fun light wine perfectly made for the summer season.
As far as color it is yellow immediately on the nose you smell the scent of flowers petunias and gardenia with a hint of jasmine blossom. On the pallet it is light bodied, ultra crisp and clean yet sweet enough to enjoy it on its own... This wine is from the oldest Argentina wineries in Bodega Valentine Bianchi.

I purchased this wine for myself and enjoyed it and would duly recommend it to those looking for something that has all the right flavors for a standalone enjoyment or a light pasta salad or fruit salad accompaniment. The price is affordable. If you wish to find out more about this selection please feel free to visit www.newagewine.com  for more information.
